Muldoon updates on the status of the Toomey family, then contextualizes the setting of the tragic incident. Muldoon and Giordano discuss the change in the area, turning into a crime-ridden area, with Muldoon telling why she believes Krasner is at fault in the spike in violence and carjackings that lead to such a tragedy.
