Attorney Wally Zimolong from Zimolong Law joins the Dom Giordano Show! Giordano and Zimolong start the interview by discussing America First Legal’s requests for all records, documents, and communications with the Tredyffrin-Easttown School District relating to the development and implementation of Critical Race Theory into their curriculum. Zimolong goes on to explain that parents must take a stand against these Marxist ideas. And to conclude, Zimolong states that what is happening in Tredyffrin-Easttown is an embarrassment and disgrace in regards to the relations with the Pacific Education Group, a San Francisco based organization that is incredibly radical. It is in direct violation of state and federal law by deliberately hiding the curriculum from taxpayers in the school district. Zimolong explains that if we need to pursue litigation then they are more than willing to do so.
