We're already on week 7! My time flies when you're having fun. Week 7 has the same intervals (well, there really isn't an interval) for all three days of running so you'll only see one podcast for this week.


We're doing 5 minutes of walking as a warmup and then 25 big minutes of jogging/running/sweating together. Get pumped!
