Welcome to the #CharlotteIsCreative podcast. Today’s show features hosts Tim Miner and Matt Olin speaking with Violetta Moser, executive director of Latin Americans Working for Achievement, immediately following the December 1 Creative Mornings Charlotte event at Warehouse 242, where Violeta spoke about the global theme of “Context”.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Violeta Moser worked in banking operations until 2010 when she joined the non-profit sector. Currently she is executive director of Latin Americans Working for Achievement, an organization that supports the educational advances of Latinos in the Charlotte region. In this podcast, recorded after Violeta’s talk, she speaks with Tim Miner and Matt Olin about the first time she felt like an American, who her inspirations are, how dance helps expression, and finishes by sharing a story about the potential effects of the DACA repeal.

In this edition of the #CharlotteIsCreative podcast, Mark talks about how he realized what is was he wanted to do with his life, the motivations of knowing that we have limited time on this planet, and how he hopes to use his podcast as a way to spread that knowledge.
