Ep. 379: Can Anger Be Useful? - a podcast by Danny-J Johnson & Jill Coleman
from 2023-11-29T19:06:14.926256
There’s some universal law of the internet (and maybe even just life in general) that means someone, somewhere is extremely angry about something at any given time. Rage has almost become a social currency, and some people like to say “if you’re not angry, you’re not paying attention.” The problem is, there will ALWAYS be something to be angry about, and it’s not doing us any good to always be raging. Anger is an emotion, not a moral obligation. At its best, is it really helping anyone? Can we channel our anger into action, rather than letting it fester until it consumes our lives?
