Clarence "Verbal E." Long and Reese "3Sixty" Thomas are the founding members of The Chapter Crew.

The Chapter Crew is a groundbreaking hip hop live band based in Las Vegas.

They were both born and raised in Chicago, IL, but did not meet until they crossed paths at UNLV.

The Chapter Crew made a splash on the national scene with their appearance on the Questlove start up, Okayplayer, True Notes Volume #1 album, alongside The Roots, Little Brother, Aceyalone, Jean Grae, Supastition & Nicolay, Dilated Peoples, RJD2 and more.

They are also the founders of the monumental open mic/jam session that is The Black Book Sessions.

The Black Book Sessions happened in a local Las Vegas bar called "Money Plays".

It was the home of The Black Book Sessions for the better part of 4 years.

Having shared the stage with most every notable mainstream and underground hip hop group of their era, they carved out a permanent place in Las Vegas hip hop and enjoyed their time amongst the big boys of the industry as well.
