Well, the guys took this opportunity to not only dive into how they would make a wine list but to give you insights into wine lists from the restaurant and customer perspectives.
You know they can’t talk about wine without sipping a little. The guys popped the cork on a unique California wine from Field Recordings. The 2020 Field Recording Domo Arigato (Mr. Ramato) is a skin-contact Pinot Grigio. This makes the wine orange in color and completely delicious. If you are wondering if the guys get into the Styx song Mr. Roboto, you probably already know the answer.
