Bridgerton Nominations - a podcast by Lit Wallflowers

The Bridgerton cast are still making their award season rounds.  Phoebe Dynevor and director Julie Ann Robinson talked about bringing a modern flair to the Netflix series.  Rege-Jean Page was on the Hollywood Reporter Drama Actor Roundtable and having a great time with four other men.

The TV Choice Awards short list is revealed and Bridgerton scored three nominations including Best New Drama.  Phoebe Dynevor is up for Best Actress and Rege-Jean Page is up for Best Actor.  Voting is open until Friday, June 25th BST.

Nicola Coughlan was nominated for the Irish Film and Television Awards Best Supporting Actress for Bridgerton.  The winners will be announce virtually on Virgin Media One, Sunday, July 4th at 10pm IST.

If you need a good laugh, a reporter channeled her inner Daphne Bridgerton to converse with potential Tinder dates.  Hopefully the Cosmopolitan reporter will try it again one day and find her Simon.

Maybe channeling good vibes will help Bridgerton win the GALECA’s Dorian Award for Best New Drama on Sunday, August 29th.

We’re happy to see the cast in interviews especially because pictures in the wild have been slim to none, but Chris Van Dusen gave us a present.  That one picture of season two, episode one’s script said so much and we’re excited.  Will we get another CVD picture this coming week?  As we wait patiently for the answer and wait for more buzzy updates, join us as we discuss nominations and our summer assignment to vote!
