Jules is coming up 10 years with Headspace and loves what she does working with the kids/ young adults of the area. She assists them with what life throws at them and is a real asset to our community on the Mid North Coast.

In Part 1 of our chat with Jules we talk Stigma and discuss changing certain words up when having conversations throughout your day too. Lil gives us an incite as to working with Jules as she spent some time at Headspace as well!
