As mentioned in the last episode of this series, the notion of written goals miraculously coming to fruition is as ridiculous as it sounds. Written goals are better than no goals, but without an action plan, success is still unlikely.




Last time we covered the macro planning, with better clarity on the macro picture we can move to a micro-level. In today's episode, we put the pedal to the metal—metaphorically speaking—by learning to reverse engineer your goals.

Goals - What’s your BHAG? Often referred to as your mission or mission statement


Program - Your goals reverse engineered to create a program (tangible stepping stones)


Plan - What’s your daily schedule going to be (tasks, activities, rituals and habits)
