These are things that I have found to be super valuable in my day to day life. The truth is that we don’t always have the time to get in a solid hour workout, right? We plan on it. We might put it in our calendar. But, life doesn’t always go as planned. 


Exercise is self care at its finest. It boosts your mood, it boosts your energy, it burns fat, it burns calories, it helps improve creativity. You know what I’m getting at. There are so many benefits to just a little movement. Unfortunately, we can’t always make it work, but there ARE little things that we can do to get in a quick sweat throughout our crazy days.
