If you find yourself in a string of so-called "toxic" relationships, at some point you need to look in the mirror and ask ‘is it them, or is it me?’ As harsh as that sounds, taking ownership of your actions and attitude is the first step in finally creating the relationship you truly want.

If we’re always living in our past pains and repeating habits, we need to make a shift if we want to avoid unhealthy relationships. That shift starts within ourselves.

In this episode, we’re talking about:

  • Why "toxic" relationships happen
  • Why you need to stop blaming other people and circumstances
  • Questions to ask yourself if you’re in an unhealthy relationship or situation
  • Healing from trauma
  • Why we need to evaluate our own beliefs
  • How compassion helps us heal
  • How to find and create better relationships

Some of this may be hard to swallow, but trust me, the best relationships are waiting on the other side of becoming a better version of you.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on the subject of toxic relationships - email or DM me (contacts below).
