In 2020 Tucker graduated from Auburn University's Engineering College. 👷‍♂️

He was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Marine Corps, where he planned to serve the rest of his life.

But there was a pandemic, and Tucker’s start date was pushed back a year without pay.

So he did what any 22-year-old from Atlanta would do, packed his bags and moved to Big Sky, MT, to teach Skiing and Snowboarding. ⛷🏂

Once Tucker arrived in Montana, he met some folks that did well in the Real estate market. 🏡

He wanted in!

Don't forget Tucker had no background in real estate, so he offered to help in any way possible;

✅cold-called
✅knocked on doors
✅called every real estate agent in 3 counties looking for deals.

Him and his team found a few that worked, but failed to close 13 offers in 13 deals and lost five months of cold calling and networking until finally, they got one under contract and six hard months later, they closed.

That's the story of how he started in Real Estate.

Now Tucker’s portfolio is 66 units valued at $6MM between Single Family, Commercial units, and Short term rentals. 🏙
