Sandy Schussel has been coaching business owners and professionals for over 20 years.  He has helped hundreds of business leaders get to the top of their game. He has also helped them reduce their hours so they can spend more time with their families while increasing their income and the profitability of their business.  Sandy was a successful but unhappy lawyer who, after his first of three battles with metastatic cancer, changed his career, first to a motivational speaker, then to a role as the national sales training director for a financial company, and finally to a business and life coach, focusing on performance.  While coaching can support anyone who isn’t getting the results he or she wants, Sandy has focused most of his work on two types of clients: Financial and Insurance professionals who have had some success but find that their growth has slowed, and Founder CEOs of companies that have grown to a point where they feel they are losing control of vision and culture.  Sandy has had written two acclaimed books: THE HIGH DIVING BOARD, about overcoming fear, and BECOME A CLIENT MAGNET, about growing your business through better client relationships.  Sandy has also written dozens of articles for financial and insurance industry publications and for CEO Magazine on topics ranging from leadership, communication, sales, marketing, focus, and time management.
