#001: How We Did $100K During The Pandemic - a podcast by Gavin Timms

When people understand what makes real estate work, that’s when the magic starts to happen. After Melissa got dragged into real estate by her husband Carey, she ended up being the marketing person for their operation. And because of her persistence in following-up on leads, I knew I had to partner with her. Melissa just gets what real estate is all about!

I’m a systems-oriented person, and that’s what I bring to the table as a real estate coach. I help my clients create a system that lets them scale in a way that brings them more leads, more deals, and more money. When I started working with Melissa, she was making two or three thousand dollars a deal, and she just thought that she’d made it. I helped her shift her mindset so that she could start making ten to fifteen thousand a deal, and living her dream life in Florida.

We can’t stamp our authority on the market we’re doing business in. I share my philosophy for how to adapt to the ever-changing predictions we’re constantly getting as we deal with the pandemic.
