Jeffrey is an investor and developer himself, but he also happens to be a licensed general contractor and has the highest contracting licensure in the State. Jeffrey has done some really cool projects himself and specializes in historic renovations. We also chat with Jeffrey about some of the ins and outs of contracting, how contractors can best help their investor clients and the importance of using a GC for your renovations.
