I also touch on the need to unplug from all the worry and the negativity that are minds are currently flooded with day in and out. It's not a time to bury our heads in the sand, but we do need to focus on ourselves and our family for alittle while each day.

We have to keep our minds sharp and clear if we are going to save America!
