My RAW RANT today is about HAPPY-NESS.  We all have a different interpretation or give the word a different meaning.  In western cultures often happiness is associated with a party and being around people and very outward-facing.  You go east and happiness is being at peace with yourself and creating space for reflection, quiet and calm, not crazy and wild.  Happiness is for many of us directly related to success and that in turn translates into money and social recognition.   This is my invitation for you to explore what happiness means to you.  Listen In!
