Today, we were joined by another wonderful guest, the one and only Raquel Queral!

Raquel arrived in the UK in 1998 having only ham and cheese on her suitcase and shortly after her arrival, she suddenly got into rent to rent without even realising it! Since then, she continues to be on the property business.

For the past 10 years she have raised over 12 million pounds of investment money and made 1.2 million profit for investors and housed over a thousand individuals.

Her vision is to inspire every landlord to become more sustainable being The Green Landlady herself.
