FOCUS - What's Your FMAP? - a podcast by Jos Willard

There are three things that determine how you will respond to anything: focus, the meaning you’ve given something, and your actions and physiology. These things are the metaphorical “legs” that hold up the stool for your emotional state and wellbeing. Mess with - or adjust - any of these three legs, and you can change everything.

In today’s episode, I explore the FMAP technique and how focus, meaning, action, and physiology impacts the world around you. I explain why multitasking is really just another term for focus-shifting and how the things you focus on impact your thoughts, feelings, and actions. I explain how your actions impact your emotions and how positivity begets positivity. I also explain how you can use the FMAP strategy in your coaching business to increase your profits and make a bigger impact in the world and the importance of giving yourself permission to take control of your actions in order to take control of your mindset.

“The most profitable coaches, financially or otherwise, know how to adjust their states by evaluating and adjusting their focus, meanings, actions, and physiology.” - Jos Willard
