A recent loss of a close friend, likely due to the effects of Long COVID, inspired me to record this episode. After reviewing the literature I was astounded to find out that more than 1 in 4 people are dealing on some level with Long COVID. Some people have mild affects while others become completely debilitated. I review the data and discuss how this happened, what you can do if you or someone you know is impacted by this and the real likelihood the COVID jab is a contributing factor.
