Dr. Joe Dispenza explains how information is gathered from our emotions before conception that leaves an imprint on the resulting fetus. Essentially, if you’re joyful when you’re pregnant, your joy is being imprinted into your DNA. Conversely, if you’re stressed and anxious, those emotions are being imprinted to prepare the baby to face the same sort of environment when he or she enters the world.
