Shaz Nawaz is a chartered accountant and owns five thriving businesses. He has conducted over 3,000 business growth consultations and has helped businesses collectively generate over £1bn in revenue, £200m in extra profits, £150m in funding and many millions in tax savings.

 

Shaz is a property investor and focuses mainly on commercial conversions and new builds. He has just completed a 21-flat conversion (GDV £2m) development and has started his next development of 12 flats. His subsequent development is 40 houses. He likes to keep himself busy with developments.

 

Shaz’s core business is Entrust Property Tax Experts.

His firm specializes in working with property investors to assist them with tax and business planning.
