Ever wondered what would happen if you turned away from that corporate career, and did something you believed should exist in the world? Today we have someone who did just that - Aishetu Fatima Dozie, who turned away from a career in banking to build bossy cosmetics.

Aishetu spent over 20 years in finance and investment banking, and following a post grad year at Stanford decided to apply design thinking and build her own project: Bossy Beauty, what she calls a 'female empowerment company masquerading as a beauty company'.

We talk about why side projects can unlock the authentic self, how to find and choose manufacturers, how to do research, and the true reason why she believes we all need to find our voice.
