This week we’ve got an interview with the awesome Allan Reid. If you listened to our last show where Shaun interviewed Zee; Shaun and Allan met at the same place - a summer camp out in the states.

They talk about loads of good stuff and Allan is so passionate and energetic you can’t not get hyped listening to him talk.

During the conversation conversation they talk about why it’s so important to get kids active, how you can stay active as we come out of lockdown (and just generally as an adult), and why it’s so important to keep that up as we get older, too.

Plus, why FUN and PLAY are the biggest factors in getting active for life.

We recorded this a few weeks ago while we were still right in the middle of lockdown so when we talk about that stuff don’t worry, you haven’t missed out on a recent news update or anything.
