Freeway Standoff - a podcast by North East Twin Cities Scanner

Yesterday evening around 5:20pm the State Patrol responded to a pedestrian walking on west bound 694 near Edgerton.  When officers arrived the suspect was seen to have a gun which lead to more than an hour long standoff.
