CATCH UP – Richard Wilkins talks to us from isolation - a podcast by Nova

We crossed to Richard who’s been diagnosed with COVID-19 (he’s fine – no symptoms!) – he likely caught it from Tom Hanks’ wife Rita Wilson. He’s in good spirits, he’s been delivered baked beans by his daughter and he’s kinda ok with chilling at home for a few days.


On COVID-19 – we spoke to our resident infectious diseases specialist Dr Clay Golledge who encouraged us to take this whole thing very seriously – he said it’s the first time he’s ever been concerned about a virus in his 35 years of experience. But no panic buying – the shops will keep going guys. Seriously.Plus we spoke to Steve Butler about the cancellations of pretty much all of the sports, and heard your stories about the chaos at the shops over the weekend – including trolley stealing and ramming into people! Hectic! People need to CALM DOWN.
