Today will be another great episode where I will be joined by two amazing women that I am proud to call my friends. LMFT Krystal Handy and LMFT Shay Taylor.

Unless you are living under a rock you have heard the phrase BLM. “It's a statement which has become an important way for people to show their support for the black community who have experienced discrimination simply because of the color of their skin.” BLM started in 2013 after the death of Trayvon Martin. This led to the birth of the hashtag #BlackLivesMatter.

Today’s topic is so important and therefore I want to be able to create a safe, healthy platform to discuss why BLACK LIVES MATTER!
