Jen Albano, from the Secret Core Club, is passionate about helping people develop the life long, daily habit of a 15-minute exercise routine based on the innovative Hypopressive Breathwork and Movement method. A way of reclaiming your vitality for life and powerfully ticking SO many important health and wellness boxes at once.

After giving birth to her son, closely followed by her twins, Jen started to suffer with her pelvic floor issues, a slipped disc and a cervical prolapse, she knew something needed to change. This is what led her to Hypopressive. This has supported with her pelvic floor, posture, building her core strength and exercise to tick more than one box.
