I self-published my system in 2012 as a book and ebook. It’s called Creating a Cohesive Family. It contains 22 exercises to build personal and family cohesion. My book serves as a foundation for the current system I use today with my clients at work, again called, 7 in 7 Spirituality Systems.

that I’ve found works quickly with my trauma clients are what I call the “3 Ultimate Divine Knowingness’s”: 1) Entrained Inner Peace; 2) Forgiveness; 3) Non-judgement."
