Matthew and I start our conversation talking about the proper pronunciation of gif and nerd culture including Star Wars, Star Trek, and the MCU. I asked Matthew about his experience in graduate school why he decided to go and why he chose CalArts. We also talk about how the pandemic has influenced his career as an artist both as a student and as a person. Matthew also tells us about his experience as a podcaster and content creator.
