Kimberly Marie is a real estate investor and a Doctor of Physical Therapy based in Indianapolis. She created a successful real estate business starting with single-family residential flips, moving to buy-and-hold, and now multifamily commercial apartments.  She did all of this while balancing full time and eventually part time work as a physical therapist.  She recently left her physical therapy practice and is investing in real estate full time.
