Mike has developed a successful residential real estate sales team and support staff selling over one hundred homes annually.  He led the firm's business planning, development, hiring and training, and coached and mentored team members to create a productive and profitable work environment.

He founded and operated a non for profit charity in support of the fight against the homelessness epidemic in Chicago and suburbs and led an initiative which raised approximately two-million dollars for support of multiple families for food shelter and domestic training.
