Dr. David C. Rose is professor of economics at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He received his Ph.D. in economics in 1987 from the University of Virginia. Rose's primary areas of research interest are behavioral economics, organization theory, and political economy. He has published scholarly articles in a wide range of areas. He has a recent book titled "The Moral Foundation of Economic Behavior." Rose is working on a new book titled "Why Culture Matters Most." In this speech, he addresses the question "Is Capitalism Unfair?"
