Daniel Alexander is regional director for Jobs For Life. In this role, he interacts with church, business, government, and community leaders throughout North Carolina and the nation. Alexander has lived in North Carolina for most of the past 18 years. He taught Bible/History/U.S. Government, coached wrestling, and then served as director of advancement at St. David's High School. During his time in education, Alexander pursued his passion of working with those at the "margins" of society by serving as a Jobs for Life mentor and instructor. In this speech, he discusses "Getting to the root of the work problem: The essential nature of a local, faith-led approach."
