Las Empresas 3PL son un importante eslabón en las Cadenas de Suministro actuales por lo tanto son también Socios de Negocio Estratégicos para sus clientes Certificados CTPAT, OEA, BASC, etc. Dada la naturaleza de estas empresas de Logística son elegibles para obtener estas certificaciones en algunos casos y ser considerados como empresas seguras sin embargo cuando no son elegibles deben cumplir con los criterios y estándares de estos Programas para mantener la Seguridad de las Cadenas de Suministro en las que participan. El cuestionamiento es ¿Certificarse o solo cumplir con los Criterios y Estándares?

3PL Companies are an important link in today's Supply Chains therefore they are also Strategic Business Partners for their customers CTPAT, OEA, BASC certified, etc. The nature of these Logistics companies are eligible to obtain these certifications in some cases and be considered as safe companies however when they are not eligible they must comply with the criteria and standards of these Programs to maintain the Security of the Supply Chains in which they participate. The question is, to be certified or just to comply with the criteria and standards?
