Krista Ryan is a professional business coach, success trainer and motivational speaker. She lives in Byron, Minnesota with her husband, Chris and their three children. Krista and Chris own and operate the community bank in Byron (First Security Bank), where she also holds the title of Marketing Director, Director of Human Resources and serves on the Board of Directors.

Throughout her banking career, Krista has found a passion coaching bank employees on workplace satisfaction, morale and productivity.

In early 2017, Krista decided to follow her passion and get certified as a professional coach so that she could help other employees and business teams benefit from the support Business Coaching offers.

On October 1st, 2017, just a few days after returning from her training in professional coaching, Krista and Chris, along with four other friends, were attendees of the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas.

That night, they became witness to the largest mass shooting in American history which claimed the lives of 58 innocent victims and left thousands of others recovering.

Now, two years after the event, Krista is coaching her clients from a professional and business perspective on the power of ones own mindset.

She supports her clients through her personal story and lessons learned from this mindset shift and how she now spreads the message of self accountability to live with joy, happiness and love through every chapter of life.
