INFJ Life Coach Lesson: Today, we're talking about the "naturally high" INFJ, so naturally high in a way of you go through life and everything feels like you're on cloud nine. You're in your state, you enjoy everything going on around you and you're sort of detached. This is a typical INFJ thing -  that we can just lean back, observe what's going on and that in itself already makes us ecstatic and we're full of endorphins. We love it. That's the thing. That's what so many INFJs having common: This is a vision of how I'm going to feel if everything would be great. The problem with this is that we always connect this to a person, a circumstance, or any kind of external thing happening that would allow us to just lean back and enjoy life. If we would need just this one social group, this friendship group, right? Or if we would have that one person or that one job or that one opportunity, then we could get to live like this. And if that worked, I'd be all for it, it would be totally fine. If you could say, okay, I meet this one person. I could just lean back, enjoy life, and everything's great. Or if this one circumstance happens in my life, I get to lean back or enjoy the same thing with the friendship group, but it's not going to happen because the state that you're looking for cannot be created by anybody but you and most INFJs know this. So what is the key here? The key is that we have to start with where we're at. We have to start loving where we at right now and make that the naturally high starting point.
