Today we're talking about INFJ burnout and trust me, most of the time they are not what normal burnouts look like. Most burnouts are those workaholic burnouts where you work for 80 hours a week just like your colleagues because you want to keep up and then at some point your body just breaks down. As INFJs, because we don't have such a strong extroverted sensing function, we don't even let it get that far. But that does not mean that we don't suffer from burnout ourselves. But because it's not that common, we so often underestimate it or we completely disregard it, when we can do everything in our power to stop it in its tracks and live a healthy and fulfilled life. So today we're not only going to talk about what kind of INFJ burnouts there are, but we are also going to talk about what we can do daily to change that progression and to change from feeling less and less energized into feeling our most alive selves.
