Isabelle Maes is based in Brussels, Belgium and has a bachelor degree in Public Relations and Communication.  She is a Regional Development Manager in EMEA with some dedicated focus on Western European Chapters and Regional marketing.  Prior to joining ICF in 2008, she worked in events, sales and marketing for various companies like IMG, Nestlé, Volvo and Coloplast.  She is the mother of 2 girls aged 17 and 14.
