Carly Anderson, MCC has been a trained coached since 1998, and held ICF Master Certified Coach credential since 2004.


· An active member of the ICF Credential Assessing team since 2005, regularly reviewing Performance Evaluations of coach applicants for MCC, PCC and ACC credentials. I have deep insight into the distinctions between credential levels.


· Volunteer contributor supporting ICF MCC and PCC Communities of Assessors, such as to improve Feedback Writing on Performance Reviews.

  • Mentoring      coaches to prepare for their ICF credential application. As at March 12,      I’m aware of 88 coaches I’ve mentored who have been awarded their ICF MCC      credential.
