Alma Cenkuviene is a Professional Certified Coach(PCC). While living in various countries across Europe, Alma has enjoyed the meeting of different cultures and worked in many international settings.  After almost a decade spent in Human Resources, Alma knew her biggest strength lay in connecting and working with people. While living in Switzerland, she discovered her new passion for coaching.

In Geneva, she has been trained at Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), that is considered having the most rigorous coaching training program in the Industry. Later on she continued with  global “Gold standard" certification program with CTI and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

Three years ago, Alma has returned to her home country- Lithuania and has been serving on the board of Directors of the local ICF chapter.

A year ago, Alma took on a new leadership role and became a President of ICF Lithuania.
