Dr. jur. Katarzyna Schubert-Panecka holds a Master of Law from the University of Szczecin | Poland (2001) and a PhD in Law from the University of Rostock | Germany (2006). She is an experienced international commercial and environmental mediator (DACH | KNE), mediation and management trainer (DACH) and university teacher, business (team) coach and conflict researcher. Beyond her work as coach and mediator she consults coaches and mediators, teaches Cross Cultural Communication and Mediation in the so known New Work, contributing to cross cultural understanding and collaboration. Her areas of expertise are furthermore (Self)Leadership, Leadership of Diversity and Conflict Prevention and Transformation, especially in the Cross Border Disputes.  

Katarzyna is the owner of Business Mediation & Intercultural Communication since 2007 | co-founder and board member of the Mediation Research Group as also of the International Network Elder Mediation | Jury Member on the ICC International Mediation Competition | Spokeswoman for the DACH International Poland Section, editorial member of the journal Perspective Mediation and author since 1995.
