Dr. Pandwe Gibson is the President and Founder of EcoTech Visions. A business Maker incubator focused on deepening the innovative ecosystems to include light manufacturing and production firms. EcoTech Visions brings innovation down to the middle core of the community, while addressing environmental challenges, systemic poverty, and start up growth by capitalizing on the green collar economy.

As an educator, serving in the public school sector, Dr. Gibson co-founded ReNEW- the first Charter Management Organization (CMO) in the Southern United States. As director, the organization doubled in growth from 6 schools in one year, 11 schools the second year, and 16 the following year.

During the last 5 years, the focus has shifted from social service to corporate. In an effort to increase scalability and sustainability by supporting a variety of businesses to grow from the “Mom and Pop” phase to midsize companies. She has over 10 years of experience growing companies. Her knowledge spans research and development, sustainability, operations, Human Resource management, business development, impact investment, social entrepreneurship, and millennial business practices. Throughout her career she has had tremendous success with designing effective organization models for rapid growth and on average increasing market share by 20%.

Dr. Gibson has a Bachelor of Arts from Scripps College, a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning from Claremont Graduate University, a Master in Leadership from Harvard Graduate School an MBA from Sloan MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and a PhD from Claremont Graduate University. She has lived, studied, taught and worked internationally at notable universities such as the University of Logon in Accra Ghana, and Oxford University in Oxford England.
