At this hour: Real estate sales in the first quarter posted their largest drop in nearly a decade and reached their lowest level in more than six years.
The high end of the market is being hit the hardest, partly because of asking prices.
Many sellers have yet to lower their prices in keeping with tax law changes and a general slowdown since 2014. We will break this down.
Also at this hour: Famous Architects have produced so many fantastic buildings through our NYC history for the many understated and old money and for many of the newer supertalls in our town. We will discuss Rosario Candela and Zaha Hadid.
We will discuss two of them who are highly acclaimed and sort after.
The panel will weigh in.
