The NYC Real Estate market has had its ups and downs for almost three years. We’ve all seen up and down markets throughout our careers but this last 3 year period doesn’t seem to want to finally correct itself or speak. Speak as to what this has been all about. Buyers technically are in control but seemingly not buying in large enough quantities to make a difference.
Is this a good market for NYC real estate agents to work in? If so or if not why? I will ask the panel their thoughts.
Also at this Hour: If you have been paying attention, you’re probably aware that the current buyer’s market is slowing down. But new condo inventory is hitting the market every week, so it’s no surprise that new condo developers are providing some interesting incentives to get people to sign on the dotted line. What are those incentives and can you get them?
