At this hour: Madonna has lost a nearly three-year-old legal battle against her Manhattan co-op over a rule that requires her to be physically present in the $7.3 million pad when any of her family members or staff are there.
The Queen of Pop sued Harperley Hall on West 64th Street and Central Park West in April 2016, two years after the board changed the building rules to say that her children and domestic help cannot live in the unit unless she herself is “in residence” at the time.

I will ask the panel to weigh in on this and other co-op rules.
Also at this hour: Behind the market uncertainty are several factors, including rising mortgage rates which have risen rapidly throughout the last several years and continue to climb towards levels similar to the 2008 housing market crash, and also the influence of a federal tax overhaul that gutted property tax deductions for many.

How can these factors be over come? We will get at it.
