In this weeks episode of the podcast, Ger chats with Omagh woman Leona Carson on how she took on an epic challenge of climbing the height of Everest on her stairs at home! Leona was a heavy smoker 8 years ago but wanted to improve her life so she ditched the fags and started running. Her journey has taken her to The Great Wall of China, Kilimanjaro and was due to take her to Everest this May but due to the coronavirus, those plans are on hold until 2021. Leona's mindset is strong so her stayed positive and took on this huge challenge at home to help sharpen her mental strength.
