Today's guest is a mental caoch from Jämtland, Sweden who has done coaching most of his professional life. He talks about achieving balance in life whether you are mentally ill or not. He thinks quite simply that having a form of "balance" in life is to be satisfied. He also has a lenghty conversation with Henrik about the gender mentality while Per listens with great intrest.
