Today I am joined by a fantastic teacher, Jamie Clubb, who grew up in circus family in the UK. He started off training martial arts at an early age and has gained a lot of knowledge and qualifications in different martial art styles. He has been writing a number of books, where one of them is very interesting called "When parents aren`t around: a young person`s guide to self protection", which has the main focus on teaching kids to protect themselves.
